so yesterday we took owen to pick out a potty and what i like to call "manties" lol. he's been doing great with peeing on the potty! within 5 minutes of being home with the potty he sat down and peed for the first time, big deal around here! my question is, do i just keep him in his underwear all day and then put him in diapers at nap and night time? or do i go cold turkey and deal with the ...

When a child is really ready to pottytrain they can go 2 hrs dry so if she goes potty before naptime and as soon as she wakesup the underware will be fine. The Dr is right, the pullups are to much like diapers so they just think of them as diapers. Pullups never worked with my boys.
